The right size digital reader (finally!)

This new device (yet too be named) from Plastic Logic looks to finally be the digital book in the killer form factor (8.5 x 11 in.) -- i.e., it is document sized and very thin (which the plastic electronics allow). It will supposedly allow mark-up and editing of some sort. This is the type of reader professionals need for "active reading" (as opposed to devices like the Kindle and Sony eBook, which are more for leisure reading). No price yet as they say they will announce at CES in January and ship in the 1st half of 2009.

Thoughts?
